“Very well-kept, charming, accommodating 55+ park located in Eugene, OR. With walking trails that loop around the pond and fountain, a clubhouse with a kitchen, a pool & hot tub, Billards & shuffleboard, and even a medical supply rental “closet”, this park is a wonderful option for anyone over 55 yrs. Park management is responsive and helpful. While visiting to show homes, I was greeted by 3 separate residents passing by, waving ‘hello’. Very friendly and welcoming park.”
